The Constantia Cuisine team is led by Venezuelan Proprietor / Executive Chef Migdalia Bellorin who has trained in Mexico and South Africa as well as in her home country. She has operated restaurants on the Caribbean island of Margarita and spent five years in Mexico at a time when that country’s cuisine was transformed from great street food into one of the most sophisticated international cuisines. Migdalia draws form her roots and her international training and experience to offer a dazzling array of culinary styles, whether in a beautifully themed buffet or fine dining menu or with a number of styles captured in one spectacularly presented cocktail service.
The team is made up of both local and international sous and assistant chefs, reflecting our culinary mission to combine diversity, imagination and excellence in one international kitchen. Clients are encouraged to work with us to develop their preferred menu either choosing from the large selection of dishes available or suggesting dishes they have perhaps experienced on their own travels and would like to offer their guests here in Cape Town.
