The food was wonderful, are guests are still talking about it. They like the hot dishes to alternate with the cold snacks. We were hoping to have more leftovers so we could taste too, but our guests are pleased and that is what counts.

We just want to say thank you for a job that was extremely well done. As you do, we'd set an expectation in our minds but the Constantia Cuisine team, without a doubt, exceeded them.

It's really difficult to know just what to cater when you know that there will be a mixture of cultures and people, but we knew we wanted something "different"; not a dinner or buffet yet sufficient that people didn't got home hungry and we also had to stay within a budget. This is exactly what we got, a very efficient team that produced quality, quantity, presentation and definitely value for money. There wasn't a guest who didn't umm and aahhh over the food.

One of the best decisions we have made was to hire Constantia Cuisine to cater for our Housewarming & Birthday celebration.

We will certainly recommend Constantia Cuisine to our friends.

Now that the dust has settled after my 50th I have the time to express how much I appreciate everything you did to make the evening so special.

The food was outstanding! There have been many favourable comments from guests describing the food as "delicious", "delightful", "so different" "unique", "fresh and interesting" and many of "who is your caterer?" ! Migdalia, I have never tasted food as good as this. Peter, you unobtrusively made sure that everything ran beautifully. And all our dealings with you in the planning of the event were an absolute pleasure. That food tasting at your home was unforgettable!

So if I can borrow (and slightly alter ) a quote from one art form to describe another............ " If food be the music of life, COOK ON! "
