Buffets

A buffet served by Constantia Cuisine always preserves our principles of serving the highest quality, internationally accented cuisine.

Whether a small luncheon buffet for a corporate meeting or a wedding celebration for a large number of guests we constantly strive to bring the fullest flavours, finest ingredients and wonderful presentation to the table.
 

A typical complete buffet commences with some of our renowned, hand-crafted canapés as appetisers served on platters whilst guests have pre-dining drinks.

These are followed by an optional first course which can be served plated at table. The main, sumptuous buffet follows and the feast is finished off with a spectacular dessert that may also serve as the celebration cake.

We provide a wide selection of menu options including a number of themed buffets reflecting culinary styles ranging from South Africa to Asia and Latin America to mention just a few!
